Cheney Mason is a nationally renowned criminal defenselawyer
having over 52 years of experience, He is board-certified by the
National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Florida Bar
Association. and a fellow of the American Board Of Criminal Trial
Lawyers. He is a former Director of the National Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers and also served as an NGO
representative for the National Association of Criminal Defense
Lawyers to the United Nations in Vienna, Austria. He is a former
President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has received the highest awards given annually by both the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In addition to numerous legal periodical articles, he has also published Justice in America:: How Prosecutors and the Media Conspire against the Accused. He is now retired from the active practice of criminal defense law but acts as a consultant and advisor to numerous lawyers and entities.
Jeffrey Richard Thill, M.D. is a Board Certified Urologist. having
that certification for nearly 30 years. He is the surgeon who
operated on Mr. Mason. and he currently works part-time at the
Urology Institute of Central Florida. Dr. Thill performed the first
robotic surgery in Florida Hospital. Dr. Thill's formal
education included obtaining his B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) from
McPherson College, McPherson. Kansas. M.D. degree from the
University Of Iowa. and completed his urology residency at the
University of Florida in 1993, then served as a Clinical Professor
of Urology at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. From 1993 to 2007, he received a succession of awards for his excellence in understanding and teaching urology issues consistently for over 20 years, he maintains active participation in the Florida Urology Society and American Urology Association.
